A really nice place to grab coffee, do some work, or just hang out with friends. The cafe is clean, comfortable, and has good Wi-Fi, which makes it perfect for studying or working on assignments. The drinks are tasty and reasonably priced, with plenty of choices on the menu. Staff are usually friendly and quick with service, though sometimes it depends on the day. Overall, one of the best coffee spots in Segamat if you’re looking for a relaxed and productive environment.

Had our vietnamese spanish latte and jasmine tea in the 3rd raya morning. Opened by 9am. The staffs are quiet and no greetings upon entering the premise. The quality of drinks are the same as in Kuala Lumpur. The location is good and easy to find parking spots as it's the raya season. Price is reasonable. Ad easy to use apps as i don't have to go to the cashier to order. Cashless payment via online banking. Great ambiance.

I came to order a drink at the cafe, but there was a group of women making a lot of noise as if there were no other customers around, which made me feel uncomfortable with the environment. A cafe is meant to be a place to chill and relax, not a place to be loud. As human beings, we should have some common sense and be considerate of others. Just a reminder a cafe is a place to chill and relax, if you want to play around, please find a more suitable place, to the staff, I hope you stay patient and you’ve done a good job.

Lurvee staff friendly & service baik. Thanks to that staff girl with short hair recommend & explain air in detail. Not recommend untuk yg nak buat kerja sini. I prefer in the morning. Not sure either student atau dah bekerja. They were loud & make me uncomfortable. Even you guys laugh and so on, respect people around you. So, I just dine in a while. I think staff can ask them untuk slowkan suara.

I work office near this outlet and always been a regular customer here. I’ve noticed many people discussing the same issue, I honestly find it a bit odd. From my point of view, even if the barista didn’t use the softest tone when addressing the situation, I don’t believe it was done in a rude or offensive way. On June 21th around 12pm, I stopped by to get my drink. To be honest, it was quite noisy at the time even I struggled to communicate properly with the barista. I also noticed a few other customers who looked a bit uncomfortable due to the loud environment. Then, I heard a barista raise their voice saying, “Hey, hey, hey.” Personally, I understood it as a response during a hectic moment not directed rudely, just something said in the heat of the situation. I was a bit shock, but I could still understand what was going on. I didn’t expect such a small matter to be turned into a bigger issue by some of the people involved. From what I’ve seen, they might be students from the nearby UiTM. If some felt offended, that’s valid. But I also believe it’s important to reflect on what good manners truly mean. I even saw people comparing a "Public Cafe" to a "Library" & bringing up things like “Keep Silent” signs. But we don’t really need signs for basic common sense. Just a question too, was playing UNO cards considered part of a group assignment ? There’s nothing wrong if want to have fun, but I personally don’t see this as a serious issue. More like an overreaction from those who couldn’t handle being told to lower the noise. Think about it, if you go to a cafe to enjoy your coffee or tea in peace, how would you feel if others around you were being unnecessarily loud or lacked awareness ? It wouldn’t be pleasant either, right ? So I believe there’s no need to blow this out of proportion. I’ve spoken with that same barista before, and I’ve never experienced any rude behavior from them. Even my friend has complimented their service. It’s not fair to drag someone down just because you couldn’t accept how a situation was handled. Let’s not create a toxic circle out of something so small. If there's a shortcoming, whether in ourselves or others, we should learn to accept it with maturity and an open heart. Apologies for bringing this up here, but I feel it’s important to share my perspective too. The barista at this Zus Coffee Sia Her Yam have always been kind, respectful, and friendly even to kids. My child loves coming here, and we’ve always had a good experience. Let’s move on from this and not let one moment ruin the positive environment at this outlet. It doesn’t benefit anyone to keep stirring things up. To the barista, keep up the great work. Don’t let this bring you down. If there’s something to improve, take it as a lesson. If you’ve done your best, let it be a reminder to grow stronger. Just wanted to say your drinks are great, and I really appreciate the service from all of you. Thank you, sincerely.
